The Spa is open daily from 8:30 am until 8:30 pm (depending on availability).

Spa Reservation Recommendations

We suggest reserving your spa treatments in advance to ensure your desired treatment time is available. Walk-ins are also welcome.

To ensure guest satisfaction, we ask that you arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment. We strongly advise that each guest take advantage of our exquisite amenities, including our private steam rooms, Jacuzzis and private Spa swimming pool to enhance your Spa experience.

Upon arrival, you will need to fill out a health history form. The Spa staff will gladly supply you with a luxurious spa robe, towels, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings.

With any treatment, guests are invited to enjoy all Spa facilities, including the fitness area, steam bath, hot tubs, swimming pool and the beautifully landscaped Spa garden.

Pick-up service is available for surrounding areas and hotels.

Things to Note

Before treatments, please avoid coffee, caffeinated sodas and alcohol. Please allow one hour between your last meal and your treatment. Remember to drink plenty of water before and after your treatment. Arriving late may limit your treatment time. Cancellation must be given four hours prior to the appointment or 50% of the total amount will be charged to your room. The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Thank you for not smoking or using mobile phones. Gratuities are accepted at your discretion.

What should I wear?

A bathing suit or comfortable clothing that can be removed easily is recommended. Our staff will provide you with a comfortable bathrobe and slippers upon check-in. Our therapists will do their best to provide a calm, serene and comfortable experience for all Spa guests.

When should I arrive for my treatment?

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to your treatment to The Spa reception area where our Spa staff will be waiting to assist you. Our luxurious Spa includes private steam rooms, Jacuzzis, a private pool, spa cafe menu and relaxing waiting areas. Please feel free to come as early as you would like to take full advantage of these superior amenities.

Is there someone who can help me decide on the best treatment for me?

Our Spa Manager and receptionists are delighted to assist you in finding the treatment that is right for you. Private consultations are also available by appointment.

Is there a limit to the number of Spa treatments I should plan in a day?

Yes. Please do not hesitate to contact our Spa Manager or receptionists for additional information regarding the best treatments for you and your schedule.

What if I have special health considerations?

Please be sure to notify our Spa Manager or receptionists of any special health considerations prior to your treatment. Guests who experience high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities or are pregnant should notify our Spa staff prior to treatments.

Can I ask the therapists to adjust the room temperature or comfort levels?

Definitely! This is your time to relax and rejuvenate and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest. Please do not hesitate to ask the therapist to adjust the room temperature, massage pressure or music volume at anytime during your visit to The Spa.

What about my jewelry?

Please leave all personal items in your in-room safe. If you unintentionally bring your jewelry to The Spa, we do provide private lockers in our changing rooms.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Unfortunately, arriving late will result in a shorter treatment. It is necessary that The Spa staff end each treatment on time, so the next guest is not delayed. However, please notify our staff if you need to adjust your treatment time and they will do their best to accommodate each guests’ schedule.

What if I have to cancel my treatment?

Please notify The Spa of a cancellation at least four hours in advance. The Spa staff will be happy to reschedule your appointment. Please note, if the appointment is not cancelled within this time frame, The Spa will charge 50% of the total amount to your room.

How do I pay for the Spa treatments?

The Spa accepts cash, credit cards or will gladly charge the treatment to your room.

What about gratuities?

Gratuities are gratefully accepted at the guest’s discretion.
